I am not so sure- ever read "The Godfather"? How about insider/lawyer/writer John Grisham's books-Judges are subject to the same temptations us "common folk" encounter from time to time--and there isn't any jury that can't be "influenced"-- And you don't have to have the Machiavellian op. handbook to do it either. I don't know Mr. Kennedy, so I won't judge, but only God owns the rivers- as He owns the seas and oceans- all moving bodies of water, whether fresh or saline in nature-Not man--
