bill schodlatz Sidelock Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 2,961 Likes: 9 Ruston,LA	I soak in acetone and ATF- auto trans fluid. Let soak in a closed jar for a day- week-month and then wire brush. The ATF is very important due detergents, and surfactents. I have a 3' tube of the mix for my skeet tubes, works great. After a couple of days a brass brush makes line of trash that wipe out with ease. bill
