The probability is slight for the script, interlaced RW being Rmerwerke A.G. Suhl, whose mark is typically R/W with the S overlaid. Rmerwerke A.G. Suhl was more of a component source than an end retailer, I would think. So it is one of the RW mechanics from the early 1900s. I'm composing a list of a pool of possible RW mechanics for the period.
