Chuck, what are you going to do with all those .410s after the CA lead ammo ban has fully kicked in? I'm already tired of having to leave the state to hunt with smallbores.
Well, for the past 4-5 years there hasn't been anything to hunt here anyway. I've been driving to AZ and other states. The cyclical drought pattern in southern California seems to provide a few years of decent quail hunting, followed by 4-5 years of extremely poor hunting. So, when I do hunt California, I'll likely shoot a 20 or 28 ga with steel. I've been thinking of finding an inexpensive sxs in 20 or 28 ga to bore out to shoot steel.
