I doubt it Rob. Sort of like Sycamore in upholstered furniture. Just another core wood. The one I got it out of had suffered from a case of the long-term damp in storage and the veneer was lifting enuf to reveal. Course this stuff wouldn't rot out in a hundred years. We ripped some of it up and ran it thru a thickness planer. Hide glue was real kind to the knives! Think my wife also has a couple of simple picture frames from it at work. Nothing like the moulding profile on Jeff's.
