Hi Everyone - it's been a while - but I have been busy! Unfortunately Ian, who built our original web site was unable to commit the time to carrying it on. I was unable to find anyone else to do the work so I decided that, even at my advanced age, I would have a go. I had to start from scratch with a new host and in the 4 years since an update there had been a significant accumulation of information on many more guns which had surfaced. Well 100's of hours later, well it seemed like 100's! I am up to date. Have a look and see what you think.

One of our members who has a few guns by other Worcester (England) makers/retailers is embarking on a new site to record these. If you have a Worcester gun by makers such as Whiteman, Pollard, Thacker or any others not necessarily just from Worcester city but from anywhere in the county we would like to hear from you.

I read the history section of the website but I have to ask. Is the gunmaker related to the Lea&Perrins Worcester Sauce Company? Look like good guns, nothing wrong with the sauce either...Geo

We haven't actually found a direct connection between the Perrins of the sauce and John perrins family. They were only born 12 miles apart and 8 years between them. perrins chemist shop was next door to Perrins gunmakers in Broad St, Worcster.

There is an 8 bore double rifle on the 'Rifles and Pistols section of the 'members guns' which I would dearly love to trace. It was sold at Rock Island Auctions on the 26th April 2015. The auctioneers have promised to forward my contact details to the new owners - but as yet nothing. There could be several reasons for this and one may be that the new owner wishes to remain anonymous - which of course I respect. If however any of you know the whereabouts of this gun, which as you can see is a very special piece, please have a word with the owner as I would love to be able to publish a photo of him/her proudly holding his new big toy. If on the other hand you know of its whereabouts but the new owner wishes to remain anonymous I would still love to here from him/her - just to keep track of this very special piece.
