1. Can anyone tell me where to find some really nice snap caps (2) for my high end double rifle? I can't seem to find any in 35wcf caliber, let alone a very nice set.
2. This is for a high end Belgium double rifle that is unmarked that I am trying to learn about. Anyone who is an expert in european double rifles, please email me to help me identify this rifle. I have about 15 good detailed pics but cannot host to post them. But I can email them. If anyone can help out it would be appreciated. thanks.

odd caliber may be hard to find, I make real nice ones out of old shell with the primer pocket drilled out. realatively easy job. I'll make you some if you cant find them. Steve

Thanks, I'll let you know. I'm trying to find some really nice ones that are nickel or gold plated, kinda fancy stuff. Do you do that type, or just plain functional ones? Do you have pics of any you have done? Thanks.

I recently purchased 270Win snap caps manufactured by Pachmayr for my Heym drilling. The brand name for these snap caps is "A-Zoom". The package notes the snap caps are precision CNC machined. I'm not certain what metal is used - could be aluminum. Pachmayr Div of Lyman Products lists their phone as 1-800-423-9704.

I don't have any pics at the moment, the ones I have made have been for my british single shot rifles. I just use a case and then make a plunger and a threaded insert out of brass. I would imagine plating is possible, though I've not done it. I'll try to dig up some of the ones I have made and get some pics. Steve
