This is a 45-70 conversion of a old 20 ga Red Label that had blown barrels. The targets are from 25 and 100 yards. You can see that I pulled one shot. Regulation is good even though when these targets were shot I had not adjusted sights for point of impact.

I know a lot of you will question the sanity of it but the solid workman like American feel of the Red Label appeals to some of us.

22 inch barrels, about 8 1/2 pounds. Regulated for 300 grain Remington factory loads but as you can tell from the targets it likes the mild handloads as well.
