I can tell you first hand, if your gun requires rust blue, Doug does outstanding work. I would without reservation, turn him loose with Holland Royal or Purdey barrels. His work is really that good. It's all about the metal preparation, sanding to a mirror finish, really in a sense striking the barrels, that creates rust blue to a high level.
