Board Member Buzz sent me his beautiful little quality 28 gauge W.J. Jeffery barrels for re-blacking. I posted some pictures for those that are interested. Before, during and after completion.

Four passes, hand sanding with different grits of W/D paper were required.

It looks real nice now for a 100+ year old 28 gauge quality small bore.
