All you get when calling them directly is an answering service person that takes your information and says someone will call you back. I have left several messages over the last four weeks with no response. Try buying the product from any dealer, they are all out of stock. Buy the way Grant, your comment was inappropriate. Even an old computer idiot like me knows how to use Google. HWK

Just tried again yesterday and got a call from a nice fellow named Chris Biehl (sp?) He apologized and said that the company went through some org turmoil, but are now back up and shipping product. Their website has been live all this time, but I finally got to talk to someone that seemed to know what's up. I will share his contact info once the stuff shows up at my door. Greg
