My friend does not make tapered ribs, but here are two sources for them. Both will make a custom rib, to your specs. Bill McGuire shoots a Devault rib.

Both these companies cater primarily to trapshooters, but will make any type rib you want. Don't let the pics of the truss-looking ribs put you off, they make solid ribs that don't look so horrid as well. Good luck.
