I had several of these in different guages in the 1980s, bought when a major distributor went out of business. They were rather plain, solid boxlock doubles, well made and reliable.

The only negatives I would mention is that the 12s are a bit heavy for guage, at least for the kind of upland hunting many of us do that is more hike than shoot. But fine for waterfowl, crows, turkey. And the wood tends to be very plain.
