Who went to the NE SxS Classic? I really wanted to go but had other things I needed to do. How was it? I'm going to plan ahead next year.

Twas there. Had fun and shot the small bore course for the first time. Damn that last station was a killer. Was indeed great weather and some good eats. Also those with deep pockets could spend lots of money for sure. Be nice if they could pave a few roads getting up there and more importantly do their road repairs a few weeks before the event.

This was the third year went to Hausmann's. We shot the large bore and small bore courses. Did well, wished we did better and had a great time. Good weather, threatened rain but sunny and warm. Food was good as usual, and there were plenty of vendors and great SxSs to look at. My pockets weren't deep enough but i was sorley tempted. We shot the mad jack and crazy quail events as well and caught up with Parker and LC shooters from years past. Did not get to shoot that last venue. Did anyone? Will go again next year and hope they break up the 10,12, and 16 into separate or at least move the 16 into the sub gauge course. I think we will go to the Rock Mtn.event over labor day as it is not all that far from Hidden Hollow.

Another great year at the NE. For those who criticize the Southern for an unchanging and unchallenging course this is just the opposite. Very different from last year and very challenging.

Yup, went, as always. Spent two dollars on A.H. Fox Gun Collectors window decals. I guess I have enough guns. Bill Murphy

I shot the small bore course and found some of the stations to be real difficult. In particular the last station sticks in my mind. Can't imagine breaking the first bird with a .410. Too far and too fast and a tough tough angle (curving down).
