Back in the 60's, I lived in Baltimore. Baltimore's square rigger ship Constellation has now been fully restored and is currently open to the public in downtown Baltimore. I took advantage of access to the ship plus obtained accurate 1/8 scale drawings.
Been there done that many times. I was also at the launching of the Pride of Baltimore II, which of course is a much smaller ship and a different class, but still a joy to visit. I've also visited the Constitution up in Boston many years ago when I was a kid.
