Hi Gil, here you go:

2 3/4" Fiocchi Hull
Fio 616 Primer
SG16 wad
1 1/8oz
7700psi
1200fps

Anyone see any issues with this one.....please say no!

Best,

Greg

Greg, you left the powder out, but from looking at the Reloaders Group it is 22.5 grs. Longshot.
You could drop the pressure down to 6700 psi if you used a Win. 209 primer and Remington SP16 wad. You would only loose 200 fps.

These are also in Lyman's 5th Edition.

The only problem I see in using Winchester primers is that they are .001 smaller in diameter and might be loose unless it is a new un-primed hull.

Hi David, as they say...oops! Thanks, that is the powder charge. I'll just try the one published, safer that way.

Thanks so much!

Greg

I have found using Chedite or Win 209s does not work well with
Fiocchi hulls. These primers are too small to stay seated in the Fiocchi hulls. I have tried peening the hulls to make the pocket smaller. Didn't work very well. Have since gone to Nobel primers for the Fiocchi hulls. They produce about the same brissance (technical word for gumption) and stay put. Gil
