A Silvers would be the right pad for a gun of that vintage.

The Ithaca 'bridge trestle" pad was introduced in the 1931-32 time frame --



The logo in the pads used from then up to WW-II has "PAT. APPL'D FOR" --



After the War the pad's logo says "PATENTED", as do the currently available repros.

The "bridge trestle" pad with the aluminum base was introduced in 1950 --
