I did own that one, when I was a kid. But someone removed the pair of pincher clothespins behind the "fences", which made it into a double barrel rubber band gun.

Obviously, there have been significant advances in rubber band gun technology! My mother frustrated my early gunmaking efforts by hiding the pincher clothespins.
