The "f"s in "Miffilluur" are actually fraktur-style "s"es. That style went out in English around 1800*, but hangs on in Germany and German-speaking Europe until WWII. And the "uu" would be "eu". In other words, "Missilleur".

Similarly, the "Vienn" is more likely "Vienne" - French for Vienna.

In other words, this maker was not shy about advertising his work and put his name and town on both the barrels and the actions.
