I hate to say it but this is where pictures are worth money. There is plenty experience among the folks here to help you avoid a potential mistake.
That said the description makes us wonder that this may be 'cobbled" together. John, I have seen that also, and if you hadn't mentioned it, I could have told you where. The number says early, but that alone means nothing if severely modified or in not economically restorable condition/configuration. Again, the folks here will help if you can get pics of at least the questionable issues.
