"I've got bird hunting trips planned this year to South Africa"

Gt, you got to tell us how that trip to South Africa goes. Going over for birds? Combination hunt???

I'm stealing Ryan's line about bachelorhood. Still laughing about that one.

Birds. My father in law is adding 4 days of bird hunting on the end of his big game hunt. The cost of the bird hunt is for 1-2 people. He tried to get a couple friends to go with him to bird hunt and split the cost, but couldnt find any takers. Since he's already paying for 1-2 people, he told me that if I can get to SA, the rest of the hunt is already paid for. It was one of those offers I couldn't turn down.

I WISH I had the money to hunt plains game or even a buffalo with him, but that just isnt in the cards right now. It's a trip Id love to make someday though.

Did I mention that as long as I'm doing something with my FIL, my wife basically gives me a hall pass whenever I want? Ya, I'm not trading her for the world. And she will eventually get that Gun with that color case stuff, and fancy wood! ;-)

What could be more fitting than good wood for Valentine's Day?
