A Scot tight as a fiddle. I have heard that- perhaps that's why some folks say that the Limbo dance didn't originate in the Bahamas, but in a railway station in Glasgow- They installed pay as you go coin machines in the Men's room, the visitors dropped in their coin of the realm, and thence entered the stall- but a thrifty Scot defeated that, laying on his back he inched his way under the locked stall door and went for free.
