I bought a Husqvarna 51 hammer 12 gauge at Cabelas last fall for $400. It's been carried a lot, but shot very little. They are incredibly well made guns. Ask a good SxS gunsmith what they think of them. Mine works perfectly, and for some odd reason it has DAC=1.5" and DAH=2.125". Modern dimensions! Lots of old hammer guns are shot out and need a bit of money to make them sound, so you have to be careful when purchasing.
