Personally I would shoot RST 2 & 3/4 inch 3/4 oz shot shells @ 1100 fps in that gun, as a trial/test. If you don't notice any issues, and I bet you don't, then I would go for those shells.

That is a mild load and you have a late model Flues. Others' MMV.
I would have a good 'smith check the gun out first.
