I have been loading:
47.5 grs of 4350 with Woodleigh .318" 200gr RN SN, in Norma brass.
I can't locate my chrono records right now but This load was lower velocity than the 8X57JRS, Norma Factory load.
I'm using this in a JP Sauer Drilling and a Kettner combination gun.
Accurate in these old guns and it anchors deer and hogs.
If you are loading for a bolt gun you can probably use a warmer load.
The previous post seems to be for the 8mm Mauser (.323") and warm at that.
