I sent Mike a shotgun to have the buttstock bent. I mailed it the 4th of Dec. and it came back today, 9 December, done. You cant get any better than that.

My first set of barrels I sent to him to have the chokes opened up came back in 30 days. I thought that was pretty good service. The 2nd set I sent him came back in 9 days WOW!

Yep, if Mike has the tooling to do something, he's my first choice. Briley is next as they have the tooling to do most anything. There may be others, but I know those two are good.

Mike has saved a couple of barrel sets for me that lesser mortals would have given up on. Great feller.

As I type this I am realizing that it may sound like a dumb question, but here goes anyway: Does Mike Orlen require ONLY the barrels if you have him open the fixed chokes or install removable chokes, or must I send the entire gun?? If only the barrels, what paperwork? or simply USPS registered mail or UPS or other carrier, etc.?
Additionally, can someone point me to a contact number for Mike Orlen? Thanks.

Only the barrels are needed unless you need the gun test fired. Since the action is not needed gun control act restrictions do not apply;you just wrap'em up and send'em up to him...Geo Contact is: michael.orlen@verizon.net
