Jeff Cooper's area of interest and expertise was not double guns, but he was a man who appreciated and championed quality in all areas of firearms and their use, and we should take a moment to mark his passing. I have followed his career for more than 40 years. He was the father and originator of the modern technique in the use of the combat handgun, and among his many other works, I recommend "To Ride, Shoot Straight, and Tell the Truth". A true shooting legend has passed. It is our great loss. --Jack
