Drew, I tossed my fired hull collection (which included some English or other Euro short shells, as well as nominal 2 3/4") but wish I hadn't without taking similar photos. Many people who haven't compared assume all 2 3/4" hulls are the same length, when in fact they're all just a little shy of that. Sometimes closer to 2 1/2", and sometimes no longer than the 67/67.5MM Brit or Euro hulls which are designated for use in guns with 2 1/2" chambers (and which mostly work OK, unless the gun has one of those very short and sharply-tapered forcing cones).
