Thank you, Halvey and well said. Postoak has already indicated he was interested in a quality scope and was mainly asking for recommendations on what power to get. As to Pete's quote above and Lowell smelly tweeds, I'm embarrassed that people who should know better would recommend a cheap scope on any rifle, let alone a fairly nice one. You can't hit what you can't see clearly. To Pete's specific quote: A $200-$300 piece of glass on a $340 gun actually IS just about the right formula! :p JL
