Well the little CZ 452 Lux (?)is a full stocked light rifle. I don't want to make it unwieldy with too big a scope. A scope of less than 12 ounces and less than 10 or 11 inches would fit the envelope.

I generally prefer lower powered scopes, than most of y'all seem to - eye relief seems less critical. I also generally prefer fixed power, because they are simpler, lighter,fewer problems with parallax (good point doublegunhq - premier reticle used to adjust leupoldts) and transmit light better. Probably not need in a rimfire scope.

But, I got to thinking I might want to shoot small varmits, so up to a 4x or so might be OK - and a lower power for snap shots.

Maybe a 1-4 X ?
