Thanks for the info guys. None of my older guns have what I would consider chokes open enough to run steel through them. So I think I will be using the Citori 16 gauge.
Mike, I'll check out Cabelas to see if they have those up here. Too bad, I just drove by Cabelas yesterday afternoon. I suspect their dove section will be small.
Gil & Jon, thanks. That's just the kind of info I was hoping for. We'll have to see how my Llewellin, Scout, takes to retrieving doves!
