I thought this thread would be appropriate for a website dedicated to people passionate about their hobbies and interests. Today I visited Train Mountain located near where Im currently staying in Chiloquin OR. Its a facility for scale model train enthusiasts and its very impressive. I mean these folks are dedicated! An actual scale model steam powered locomotive. These things are large enough that they can be ridden! The facility has scale model switches, warning signals and tracks A roundhouse for changing tracks. If anyone here is really interested heres their website. http://www.trainmountain.org/ BTW when your significant other begins to complain about your hobby I suggest you show them this. Steve

Man can find so many innovative ways to dispose of his/her disposable income. Mine is centered around trade names.... AH Fox, Lefever and the occasional Parker and LC Smith.

Neat non-gun thread that probably belongs in Misfires. On second thought, never-mind

Here's another miniature railroad which I think is the best tourist attraction in Michigan. Forget Mackinac Island, forget Cabela's - this is the real deal. Family run. Oh, by the way, it's for sale. http://www.michiganausablevalleyrailroad.com/

"Questions & Answers - Side-by-side shotguns, Doubleguns, GameGuns...etc. English, European & American. As well as Double Rifles, Drillings, Combination Guns and other fine firearms." I just felt people here would enjoy this, Dave can do whatever he wants with it, he can delete it for all I care, it's his call. Steve

Thanks for sharing it with us Steve. No particular personal interest in trains here, but I enjoyed reading about Train Mountain and the pictures. Ought to go to Mis-Fires though...Geo

"Let's say I have some boned Quail that I have soaked overnight in olive oil... ... Shooting Sportsman magazine has an article titled "The Great Rubber Boot Test." Cabelas = If it's not "made in China" we don't sell it. I think Bilous Bob = Stan........." Fella must have intended to post on Paula Deen's forum or maybe Consumer Reports. People who live in glass houses and all that...
