I think what Craig is referring to is that Remington attempted the project in the not too distant past. I think in the late 1990's or early 2K's. I had a close friend and guide who has since passed on and he lived on a Reservation in South Dakota. Remington had come out to test some guns and ammunition on prairie dogs and he had guided them. In his loose collection of cartridges he had several of the electric cartridges that had been left behind. My friend said they worked very well, accurate and no misfires. That is all I know.
