It is very similar to a Simson Modell 71 or 72 but with a cape setup instead of a double scattergun. Looks to be a Kerner-Anson variant. I'm not sure of their cape Modell Nrs. But with the menacing muzzle, I'm quite confident it was an inland client. One of the last prior to the acquisition of Simson.

I see you have a jacketed bullet in the photo. For what it is worth, the proof inscription says Bl.G meaning Blei-Geschoss or lead bullet. This cartridge was made in both lead or jacketed options. Perhaps the message from the proof marks is that a cast bullet similar to the original factory one, in shape, weight and speed, might help all those leaf sights regulate! (and perhaps be kinder to the rifling).

The triangles on the flats are the factory mark, based on the mountains around Suhl.

For whatever it is worth, the rifle barrel on the left is more in the British( or Belgian) tradition. The Germans almost always placed the rifle on the right, with the front trigger firing it, also usually a single set trigger. I have a Belgian made one with left barrel and fired with rear trigger. Not nearly as nice to shoot.
