L. Brown Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 11,575 Likes: 182 Iowa	I usually pattern the right barrel at about 16-17 yards, the left at about 25. No use looking for percentage. Look for effective pattern spread. Alder's got a pretty good idea. IMO, you don't want much choke at all in the first barrel of a grouse gun, and not a whole lot more in the 2nd. Especially true if you're also shooting woodcock.
