Yes and it has been no problem for me to shoot before or after the prescription of ocular prisms.

The amount that one eye sets what it sees over the other eye is not greater than the width of an open choke gun at Upland ranges. So with or without glasses the eyes misalignment is not detrimental.

Shooting a scoped rifle the scope is sighted for where the singular eye sees when it looks through the optics, so there too displaced images have no hindrance.

At least, that has been my own experience.
