OP Bill/Oregon Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 162 Salem, Oregon	Steve, your approach makes a lot of sense. I'm not a good enough shot to use a full choke in the bore. However, I have been re-reading an article Layne Simpson wrote years ago for Handloader (April 2000) on tweaking both loads and chokes to get maximum performance from the .410 in different situations. Replacement: A Model 42 is a wonderful shotgun to own.
