I have been told that water glass can be found in pharmacies. My experience is with brass cases with pinfires. I have found that if I use a .125" thick oversized wad for an over shot wad, that the .125" inch thick wad in the adjacent barrel stays in place. Of course the diameters of the case and .125" thick wad must be matched properly so the wad has enough friction when loaded. It has worked for me , shooting about 100 rounds , but I cannot guarantee it would work for everyone. I shoot 1 1/8 oz of shot in a 10 bore pinfire case.
