You can also usually find AA 7/8 oz. 6200psi loads at Wal-Mart. It's marked Low-Noise, Low-Recoil. They work just fine for trap and small birds. Other major brands have low recoil stuff as well. For larger pellet stuff you can either go the Polywad/RST/B&P route or find a reloader willing to make you up enough to get you through a season..
