There are many loads that are low pressure, under 8,000 psi, for what you want with your components.

For the last 1 1/2 years I have been reloading 12 ga. Remington Gun Clubs, 3/4 oz. shot, 15.5grs. Titewad, Claybuster CB0175-12, Remington 209 or Winchester 209 and these are around 7500 psi, but there are plenty more.

I have used Red Dot and is a great load. I also used 3/4 oz. of shot with the CB0175-12 wad.
