I think that you will just need to be able to de-cap and re-cap. If they are going to be used in the same gun they shouldn't need re-sizing. In fact black powder produces much less pressure in the case so expansion is minimal. You will need to be able to measure out the powder; Lee dippers are excellent, then put in a card then a felt and another card wad. You can seat them with a bit of wooden dowel and you just need to seat firmly to put wad in contact with powder so there is no air space. No need to worry about wad pressure as such. Drop in the shot and finish off with a top wad. To fix in position you can just use a small amount of bath sealant or similar to hold the top wad in position. One thing is to clean the fired case soon after use as the burnt powder will take some cleaning off. Water with some washing up liquid should do to soak them then a cloth to dry and get the muck off. If bad just use some black powder bore cleaner. Best to de-cap before cleaning. Lagopus.....
