I don't think this work is by E.R. Shaw. I think there as a Shaw from California, from back in the late 60's, or early 70's. When I compare the basket weave carving to that on my Winslows, its a dead ringer, right down to the empty acorn pods. I'm thinking perhaps the screw-bean mesquite stock blank came from Shaw in California, but the carving is definitely Nils' handy work.
