It's an Eckernforde gun. What I found unusual was that it would appear to be a Model 60, but it has the side clips and cocking indicators. It has a pad marked "Ramstein Rod & Gun Club."
I assumed that referred to the air base at Ramstein.

Jorge--that's interesting. I'm sure it does refer to the USAF base.
I've owned a couple Model 60's, and the photos in the 1961 Shooters Bible show the same configuration as mine: no sideclips, no cocking indicators. The Royal, however, had both. Wonder if perhaps earlier Model 60's had the sideclips and cocking indicators, which were later eliminated to save manufacturing costs?
