Mike A. Sidelock Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 1,226 Likes: 3 OC, CA	On rifles, I've heard and seen it called an "open grip" and a "half-pistol grip." The terms you mention seem to be used mainly in reference to shotguns, except the first, which I've seen applied to rifles quite a bit.
