A family member has his father's gun. He would like to put it back toward the shape he remembers when his dad had it and is considering having it reblued. This is not a collector's gun. The interest is not to increase, or even maintain, the gun's objective value, but rather to keep it in good shape because of personal value. Is rebluing such a standard job that all he has to do is find someone local and have it done? Or, are there choices and concerns to keep an eye on? Thanks.
