Well after further research, I found a gentleman's contact information on The Firearms Forum. Lynn has been very kind and returned my email and has provide some disassembly advice. At this point, I have been able to cleanly disassemble the receiver to get the bolt out and remove the two extractors. With some luck my machinist will be able to use the intact mirrored extractor to reproduce the opposite extractor that is broken. I am very impressed with the workmanship in this Burgess. The hammer actually has a roller bearing the hammer leaf spring rides on.
