In 1943 there were 186 Hunter Specials delivered to Rochester, N.Y.

I seriously doubt that the extra set of barrels were from this gun originally as there would be no need for Rochester to have a second set of barrels for them.
In order to find out if this gun is a true Ordinance gun because the stamp is available, it might pay to get a Records letter for it.

As for more money, I would say so, and even though the barrels were not made for this gun, an extra set is always nice but most times it doesn't bring that much more money.
In 80% condition it is worth $800 and the Hunter Special is the only Fulton box locks with the rotary bolt, just like the side lock ones.
