while on the road, suggest you find copies of "travels with Charley" by Steinbeck and "a hunters road" by Fergus. both are wonderful books written by others who did what you are doing. stay safe, enjoy, and do keep us posted on your adventures.
Ah Ed- it is properly written "Travels with Charley" by John Steinbeck- I don't believe you ever read it, as I have many times, being an avid Steinbeck reader- ditto Hemingway and Faulkner and John Dos Passos as well- What was the breed of his dog "Charley"- and no "Barney Google websearch crap"--I would think you might have read Kerouac novel about life on the road-- John Kerouac was a drug wasted pisshead, much like I perceive you to be, with very little touch with the reality of life--
