I have a pretty nice no name Belgian H&H style SLE from 1926.
Same features, striker disks, hinged trigger, nice burl wood & Toledo Steel bbls.
Abe Chaber took it apart to clean/check it out it...I remember he said he'd found the Britte mark on the inside of lock plate..though I didn't ask what the mark was.
Its a lovely gun, with the Purdey 3rd bite...the engraving is nice, lots of it, but is not of finest quality unfortunately, otherwise it would be a stunner.
All the guns with the Andrews Toledo I've seen seem to be pretty nice guns
Yours is lovely,enjoy it.OLd Colonel & !21384..does yours have the 3rd bite?
cheers
