I've been looking for a stock that will fit a Meriden Firearms 12ga internal hammers SXS, with out success. The shotgun also says on the side, A J Aubrey. A older guy just told me that a stock from a American Arms, Grulla No 2 will also fit. Seems like there might be others out there that will fit. Anybody have any information that might help me find a replacement stock , or have one they will sell.

i would be surprised if any take off stock from another gun will fit correctly,

even another Meriden gun is likely to need fitting

Best bet would to get an inexpensive generic stock and fit it yourself. Or if you're rolling in cash, get a stocker to do the work for you.

Meriden was not a high end gun. I have a Meriden .22 rifle (looks like a Savage pump) and have seen a break-top Meriden revolver. They were a niche firearm.

Numrich has a stock for the Grulla. $625 OUCH.

Call this guy and just ask if he has the pattern for the Meriden. Might be pleasantly surprised.

Check with boydsgunstocks.com in Mitchell SD. They made a replacement stock for my brother's Meriden several years ago, may be able to help you out.
